Norah--8 months

Weight: 15.5 lbs
Teeth count: 2
Eight months old is such fun. Norah has learned some of my favorite baby tricks. She claps her hands, clicks her tongue and blows raspberries. She has gotten quite good at picking up small things and putting them in her mouth. She has two bottom teeth that make her grin even more adorable. She is usually very content to be left to roam all around the living room and kitchen exploring and playing with toys. She's also become quite playful and giggly when playing games with her parents and siblings. Her sounds are pleasant but kind of low and growly. She eats Gerber puffs by the fistful, splashes like crazy in the tub and makes putting on a diaper a challenging task. She still spits up plenty and still isn't quite stable when sitting (she'd rather be on her tummy). She's also entered into the distracted-nursing phase where each feeding takes significantly longer due to her having to look at whoever happened to walk in the room or say something. In her short 8 months she has already traveled to Utah three times.  How we love this happy baby!
